We are diploma year 1 students from University Malaysia Pahang (UMP)
Our group name is ACACIA- is based on a flower name, the reason we choose acacia is because the Acacia flower meaning can be derived from the historic era as a symbol of regeneration, perseverance, and integrity all around the globe.
This blog is mainly for our Current Issues Discovery (CID) project in the UHS1022 Soft Skills Subject. The issue that we are going to cover in this blog is "Sexual Harassment". Sexual harassment is a problem that is universally faced by workers all over the world. However, there is a lack of such studies in developing countries in general and Malaysia in particular. Nevertheless, reports in Malaysian newspapers and magazines indicate that female Malaysian employees are frequently subjected to sexual harassment behaviours by their male colleagues. Hence, we choose sexual harassment as our topic to raise awareness about sexual harassment.
